MASK OF CHOICE
Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste frame 3 as a new layer and place in the middle of the canvas resize if you like then take the magic wand and click inside the frame modify expand by 3 and paste a paper of choice as a new layer over the selected area invert and hit delete select none and move below the frame paste the web as a new layer and place under the frame as well
paste a paper of choice as a new layer and place below all layers and add a mask of choice to it merge group the mask layer paste a tube of your choice as a new layer and place where you like paste the lace as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these on the frame at the sides near the top paste the flowers as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate 3 times and place these the lace and at the bottom of the frame
paste the mesh as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate as many as you like and place these below the frame and arrange around the frame paste the skull and crow as new layers resize to your liking and place around the tube paste the tiara and rose2 as new layers resize and place where you like
paste the pearls as new layers resize duplicate and place under the tube layer paste the glitter as a new layer resize to you liking duplicate 3 times and place these around the tag paste rose as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate as many as you like and arrange around the tube paste the cross as a new layer resize duplicate and place to your liking paste a bow of choice as a new layer resize duplicate and place these under the cross add any other elements to the tag if you like add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
