THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE

SUPPLIES NEEDED

SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED NOIR ET BLANC BY MYSELF & VICKI
FONT USED CYGNET ROUND
MASK OF CHOICE
Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste frame 3 as a new layer image rotate 90 to the left or right and move to the middle of the canvas take the magic wand and click inside the frame modify expand 1 and paste a tube of your choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none and move below the frame
paste a paper of your choice from the kit place below all layers and add the mask to it merge group the mask layer paste the ivy as a new layer and place on the right side of the frame paste the jewel as a new layer resize to your liking and place on the top left corner of the frame paste the charm as a new layer resize to your liking and place on top of the jewel
paste ele 3 as a new layer resize to liking duplicate and place these at the bottom of the frame below the ivy paste ele 17 as a new layer resize to your liking and place under the ivy paste the tiara as a new layer resize to your liking and place to the left of the frame paste flower 2 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate as many as you like and place these along the bottom of the ivy
paste ele 5,12 and flower 3 as new layers resize to your liking and arrange along the bottom of the frame where you like paste ele 25 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these down the left side of the frame paste bow 2 and ele 8 as new layers resize these to your liking and place to your liking paste paste ele 9 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these where you like paste the sparkles as new layers resize to your liking and place on the tube add any other elements to the tag if you like add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
