Open
a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste
frame 2 as a new layer and place in the middle of the canvas take the
magic wand and click inside part of the frame modify expand by 2 and
paste a tube of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete
select none and move below the frame do the same again for the other
part of the frame
then
paste a paper of choice as a new layer and place below all layers add
a mask of choice to it merge group the mask layer then paste a tube
of choice as a new layer and place to your liking paste the kitty cat
and ball and heart 2 as new layers resize to your liking and place
these around the main tube layer
paste
the wire 3 as a new layer lace below all layers but above the mask
layer paste glitter as a new layer duplicate as many as you like and
arrange these around the tag under the wire layer paste the
rose,bottle and candy as new layers resize to your liking duplicate
and place these where you like around the tube
paste
the key chain as a new layer resize and place to your liking paste
heart 3 as a new layer resize duplicate and place to your liking
paste a bow of choice as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate
and place where you like paste skull 3 as a new layer resize
duplicate and place on the bows paste the lolli,bomb ,stars and
string as new layers resize to your liking and place to your liking
paste any other elements to the tag if you like add your filters and
shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite info your
credit if happy save as png
