Open
the template in psp delete the © click on layer 2 select all float
defloat and paste a paper of choice over the selected area invert and
hit delete don’t deselect yet paste a tube of choice over the same
area and hit delete select none and delete the original layer 2 do
the same for copy of layer 2 and layer 4 once done add some noise to
layers 12,13 and 14
paste
a tube of choice as a new layer and place to your liking then click
on layer 5 select all float defloat and paste a paper of choice over
the selected area invert and hit delete select none and delete the
original layer do the same for the remaining layers adding papers of
choice to them once done paste a paper of choice as a new layer place
below all layers and add a mask of choice to it merge group the mask
layer
paste
the wire as a new layer resize to your liking and place below all
layers but above the mask layer and up and over to the top right
paste the card heart 2 and décor 4 as new layers resize to your
liking and place where you like paste one of the text as a new layer
resize if you like and place where you like paste beads 2 and bottle
cap as new layers resize and place where you like
paste
the music notes a ribbon and a ticket of choice as new layers resize
to your liking and arrange where you like add any other elements to
the tag if you like add your filters and shadows crop and resize the
tag add your name copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
