A NEW CANVAS 700X700 72DPI WHITE WE CAN CROP AND RESIZE LATER
paste
frame 3 as a new layer and place in the middle of the canvas take the
magic wand and click inside the frame modify expand by 3 paste a
paper of choice over the area invert an hit delete don’t deselect
yet then paste a tube/s of choice over the area and hit delete select
none and move these below the frame
paste
a tube of choice as a new layer and place in the middle of the frame
paste a paper of choice as a new layer place below all layers and add
a mask of choice to it merge group the mask layer paste one of the
texts as a new layer resize to your liking and place below all layers
but above the mask layer paste the wings as a new layer resize
duplicate and place these at the sides of the frame
paste
the dots as a new layer resize duplicate and place these to your
liking paste skull as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and
place to your liking paste the skull with wings as a new layer resize
and place to your liking paste the heart 2 a ribbon of choice and the
pearl swirl as new layers resize to your liking and place where you
like

the sparkles and beads as new layers resize these to your liking and
place where you like add any other elements to the tag if you like
add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name
copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
